LAVENDER GIFT SET - BODY OIL & EYE PILLOW

Both products work beautifully together and would be a fantastic addition to your self care routine, particulary after some well deserved pampering or to wind down before bed.

We would recommend applying Montu Body Oil after a bath or shower to clean skin.   Create a moment of mindfulness by dropping the oil into the palms of your hands, feeling the texture, enjoying the sensation of the oil, inhale the scent and connecting to your moment.  

Set your intention by giving thought to how you would like the oil to support you at this time and if you wish, you can tap into the power of the deity for additional support.  

Gently massage the oil onto your body to enjoy, soft, supple skin with a natural glow.

Follow this  with the eye pillow when you are at rest to help to calm and encourage relaxation.  

In a comfortable position with your head reclined, lay the eye pillow over your eyes and focus on your intention for the moment. 
 

Inhale to enjoy the relaxing scent of lavender and allow this to transport you to a place of calm, whilst the gentle weight of the pillow provides comfort.  Enjoy the subtle healing energy from the reiki and amethyst crystals.
 

Remain in this position for as long as you are comfortable.

Montu was a revered and powerful warrior, who was invoked to challenge forces of evil and those who opposed the cosmic balance. Montu was a strong and skillful warrior, he was considered to be the symbol of the pharoahs as rulers and conquerors as well as their inspiration on the battlefield.

Lavender

The use of Lavender dates back to the times of Ancient Egyptians when they recognised the many benefits of the highly scented and versatile plant. Used for perfumery, incense and also during the mummification process.  

Flaxseed
Flaxseed was held in high regard by Ancient Egyptians, who viewed it as a symbol of purity and rebirth. Other cultures believe it has healing and protective properties. 
 

Amethyst

Amethyst has been valued throughout history by many civilisations. The oldest records of humans using Amethyst can be found in Ancient Egypt. Evidence of which was found in the tomb of Pharoah Djer, where a beaded Amethyst bracelet was discovered.
