DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of your order. As the most sustainable and carbon conscious carrier service in the UK, Royal Mail is our predominant carrier and the default postal option is 'Tracked 48' service.

We offer free 'Tracked 48' delivery for orders over £50 (please choose this option at checkout); please also note this applies for orders being dispatched to one delivery address only. Orders requiring shipment to more than one address, should be purchased separately.
There are other postal options available at Check Out depending on your needs as follows:

Tracked 48 - £3.45 (for the environmentally conscious with notifications along the way)

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - £4.19 (low cost service with a signature required)

Tracked 24 - £4.15 (convenient next day delivery with notifications along the way).

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £4.89 (fast delivery with a signature required).
Please note, we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If you should change your mind that is no problem please contact us to arrange a refund.
Please note that the following terms apply:

You should email us at home@nefertumaromatherapy.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item and your purchase must be received by Nefertum Aromatherapy within 10 days of a return being agreed.

Your product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging (due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept opened or used products).
To start a return please email home@nefertumaromatherapy.co.uk, detailing the name and address from the order along with the order number and we will help to arrange the return.
Postage costs are non-refundable and we do not cover return postage.
